The Loftin Method generates a personalized daily nutrition and movement plan based on inputs you provide (height, weight, age, and goals). It provides meal guidance, calorie targets, step targets, restaurant recommendations, grocery planning, and progress tracking.
The Loftin Method is a general wellness tool. It is not medical advice. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for the advice of a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider.
Before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication — consult a qualified healthcare professional. By using this app, you acknowledge that you understand this limitation and use the app at your own discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Loftin Method. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older. The app is not intended for use by minors.
Access to the Loftin Method requires a paid subscription after your free trial period ends.
All billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment information. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You agree to use the app only for lawful personal use. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app (your name, weight, plan preferences, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Loftin Method — including its name, branding, formulas, meal system, and app design — is the property of Loftin Method LLC. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our intellectual property outside of normal app use.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results you obtain will be accurate or reliable. Nutrition and fitness results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loftin Method LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or health outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loftin Method LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the app.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and pro-rate any unused subscription time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
