By accessing or using Fit For Them ("the App," "the Service") at fitforthem.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Fit For Them is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The alcohol calorie tracking feature is intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their country or region. In the United States that is 21 and older. By using the drink budget feature, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age where you live. Fit For Them does not promote or encourage alcohol consumption — this feature is designed solely to help adults who choose to drink make informed calorie decisions.
Children and teenagers have different nutritional needs that are not accounted for in this system. Anyone under 18 should consult a pediatrician or registered dietitian before making changes to their diet.

Weight loss and health outcomes vary significantly from person to person based on factors including but not limited to age, sex, starting weight, health conditions, consistency, and individual metabolism. The App provides estimates and recommendations based on general formulas — not personalized medical assessments.
Results shown in the App (including estimated weekly fat loss) are approximations only. Fit For Them makes no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result.
Fit For Them uses artificial intelligence to generate restaurant recommendations, meal suggestions, nutrition estimates, and other content. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
Fit For Them stores your plan, weight log, and meal preferences both locally on your device and on secure cloud storage (Netlify) associated with your device. Cloud storage allows your data to persist if your browser clears local storage, such as on iOS devices.

Fit For Them uses Stripe to process subscription payments. When you subscribe, your payment information is collected and stored by Stripe — not by Fit For Them. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe processes payments in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
Your subscription status (active, trialing, canceled) is stored on our servers to verify access. Your email address provided during checkout is stored by Stripe and may be used to send you receipts and subscription-related communications.
The Fit For Them system, methodology, app design, and content are the intellectual property of Loftin Method LLC. The underlying nutrition methodology, calorie calculation system, and meal planning approach are proprietary. You may use the App for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loftin Method LLC and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any health outcomes resulting from following the App's recommendations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
